Interview with Derbyshire's Isle of Dogs, Fantastic Mr.Fox & Corpse Bride model-maker Andy Gent
Arch Model Studio is a multi award winning stop motion puppet. marionette and set fabrication workshop whose founder Andy Gent is an acclaimed model-maker hailing from Derbyshire.
His passion and 25 years of experience in puppet making, set building and character creation has shined through on every project he's worked on and he's best known for creating memorable puppets for award winning stop-motion feature films and TV. His credit list is most famous for working on Wes Anderson’s ‘Isle of Dogs’ ‘Fantastic Mr. Fox’, and ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ whilst other credits include Tim Burton’s ‘Corpse Bride’. ‘Frankenweenie’ and ‘Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children’.
